Used with a Miele tray this gives excellent roasting and air frying results
I had a quality control problem with this item as when it arrived there was a chunk of the enamel missing. This was on the underside of sheet and so the cooking experience wouldn't have been affected but I was surprised. Needless to say the consistently excellent Miele service team sorted out a rapid replacement.
Does it work? Yes it does, from crispy bacon under the grill to roasted salmon or air fried sweet potato this tray gives a supportive cooking surface that easily drains away the fat. It must be used in conjunction with a standard Miele tray as it sits upon the tray.
